Not pretty changes, but changes are happening

Yesterday and today we're having one of the two furnaces replaced. The main one, that heated most of the house. Not cheap. But we'll have a furnace that will last us 15 or so years. And the next time it will be cheaper to replace (as they won't need to re-line the chimney and punch new holes in the foundation).

And then today we're having the eaves fixed and the garage roof shingles replaced! They were in nasty NASTY shape.

 

They whole roof wasn't THIS bad, but enough was 

And then there were gaps... which will be fixed

And then all the corners had holes pried open? 

New furnace and new shingles and eaves work on the house will be DONE. And the big (expensive) projects will be finished. 

Time for all the little things...

And we met with Caroline, and she was wonderful! She helped provide a little direction and inspiration. Helped move around the entrance way. And? WE HAVE A PLAN FOR THE FAMILY ROOM! Which I may be switching up now? But there is an idea, at least.
