The dining room update
Almost as soon as we moved in, I had a vision for the dining room. A feel I wanted. And after a long time convincing Neil to switch up the colour? He agreed! And then vision began to come together. I never ever remember true before picks. There were pictures and stuff leaning every where. But they were a clean, cool white. No warmth in them. Similar to the ceilings. Although behind the security system? There was PALE blue. Baby blue. Cutting it in. Looking good? Think it's working? And first coat is DONE. Loving the colour! It doesn't read as ashy on the phone... but it's perfection. After Father's Day dinner. Two coats. Need a third still for the dark colour. But now the woodwork is the star! The walls somehow disappear more being darker. Some art is back up. Moved a vintage light into the corner to give mood lighting. But then... that buffet on the left. It was eating at me. It was so... wrong. And then ...
